Order Fulfillment

  • All in-stock orders will typically be fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days unless a custom order is placed (6 to 12 weeks) or due to a large inflow of orders, with shipping commencing thereafter.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

Standard

  • Courier: Qdelivery by Qxpress
  • Estimated lead time: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Free shipping applies for order value > USD$35
  • Order value < USD$35 is subjected to a USD$3.95 shipping fee.

Same Day Delivery

  • Courier: GrabExpress
  • Lead time: Same day (Weekdays only, excluding Weekends and Public Holidays)
  • USD$14.95 delivery fee.
  • For orders placed before 5pm, delivery will be arranged on the same working day.
  • For orders placed after 5pm, delivery will be arranged on the next working day.
  • Kindly indicate your preferred delivery timing(s) at the 'order special instructions' note located in your shopping cart page, or a same day delivery will be arranged with no specific timing.

Note: There are currently no options for Self-Pick Up.

International Shipping

Express:

  • Courier: DHL Express
  • Estimated lead time: 1 to 5 business days.
  • Shipping to Residential and Business address only (we are unable to ship to PO Box, APO and FPO addresses).
