Here at Kairos Stitch, we value our after-services twice as much. There's nothing more valuable knowing that you, our customers, are fully satisfied with your Kairos Stitch product.

Order Confirmation

Fulfillment of all orders are deemed completed when your Kairos Stitch product reaches you in person. All orders will be followed based on the order confirmation email, sent out to you directly after you have made an order.

So long as the order status has not been updated, you may feel free to edit the order. Do note that once we have shipped your item out, there will no editing to the orders and all orders thereafter will be deemed final.



Yes, we offer lifetime warranty for ALL our products.

Warranty covers any issues discounting wear and tears and accidental damages.

Refund & Exchange Guidelines

Any issues relating to your order (e.g. wrong product sent out, defective products etc.) will be eligible for a full refund/exchange within the first 7 days of your receiving. Kairos Stitch will cover your return shipping fee (up to USD$30 globally).

Change your mind?

Not a problem! Feel free to return or exchange your products within the first 7 days upon receiving your products. Only new and unused condition (e.g. zero crease, folds and damaged holes to watch strap etc.) products will be accepted for a return and refund (subjected to approval).

Important notes:

  • All returns or exchanges fees due to a change of mind will be borne by the customer.
  • Label your order number on the package for tracking purposes.
  • Allow a minimum of 7 days for your exchanged product to be shipped to you.
  • All refunds will be credited to the original payment methods.
